If I saw correctly that door has a digital lock on meaning that’s basically a dead bolt reinforced on both sides. That’s not coming down. The rest of the door will come off before that part swings open

And for those saying they could have helped him, they couldn't, because it would have to be a criminal matter for them open it; this is civil, so they're really just there to make sure nothing pops off when/if he gets the door open.
