Well, for starters, my lady, it feels good. It's good for the body. It releases tension and stress.
It also helps a man get centered and stay balanced in thought and mind, it doesn't have to be totally physical.
So does exercise.
But I'll never discourage anyone from having sex, I just don't see why people make it such a big deal like you're not living life if you're not fukking.
