I used to have a real weak core, really from straight ignorance of the core and how key it was

its alot better now, but i still have ways to go

just smash different types of ab work outs (weighted crunches, in and outs, bicycles, scissor kicks, planks)

also once i learned how to actually fukking engage my core while lifting, that helped huge
