And this isn't some isolated nor minor thing. International student orgs have been telling HBCUs what was coming with the money grab approach but they.would.not.listen. You think this is some anomaly? The numbers are going to grow as these greedy admin/"talented tenth" people play their games and need to backfill with grades and more "diversity" faces, and eventually the feds will say "y'know what...you're at about 40% non-black enrollment, we might as well not give you any special treatment anymore"...who will get blamed then?

They've been watching it all and letting these schools play themselves. All they gotta do is smile, bait the idiots with a few board memberships here and there to make them feel like they've achieved something...and wait.
