The story is always the weakest part of Bethesda games. I always do every side quest before finishing the story. The sense of wonder and exploration is what the game is about, not the main story. Bethesda knows this, and that's probably why the main quest is so weak.

No, it's prolly not a better open world RPG, but, the game was too boring to get to the good stuff. I didn't get past the werewolf part.

Dragon's Dogma story is ridiculous, but, it was fun as hell from the first hour.

Same. Not only was the shyt incredibly boring, the alduin fight bugged out and made him unkillable and I had no uncorrupted saves

:francis:

The only time I ever really enjoyed a storyline in a ES game, was the dark brotherhood storyline in oblivion. Don't even get me started on how fun those quest were.

The Whodunit? Quest

:ohlawd:

The grey fox thieves guild quest in Oblivion was piff :wow:

Neither have I. Game was boring as fukk. Then Dragon's Dogma came out the following year and showed Bethesda how to make a game with Dragons fun to play.
