Tarantino is an auteur, Scorsese is not

(just throwin that out there)

I understand wut u saying and u are correct. Scorsese directs the visions of Paul Schrader and others whereas Tarantino films are his brainchilds. But at the same time, Tarantino's storytelling skills, cinematography, and plots are lackluster for the most part in my opinion. Him being on a board of screenwriters is good. Him being at the helm makes films with promise become disorganized and reliant on shock value.
