There's some hidden truth in that post, even if folks might not want to see. Banking is still largely the old boys group. If you're black, you're either going to be kissing a lot of ass to make them moves or you will be upright and seen as a bad fit. Folks really want you to scrap out here. Doubly worse for black women.

That's why I respect folks like LeBron, starting up businesses giving established black folks a chance to earn a place in the work force.

How many threads have been made about the African Renaissance occurring right now.

There are 1,000,000,000, thats a Billion plus, Africans that are now using computers, becoming more "formally" educated and connecting throughout the continent and the world for that matter in all types of industries.......

There is only 40,000,000 black folks in these United States... you do the calculations. .


Can't say you don't make a good face for the company when your potential customers/clientele are 1 billion plus....

She told me If I died today I'd die single, with a job I hate and dark skin. I was blown away. Breh whatever makes you happy is what you should be doing for the rest of your life.
