I got a wide back too. I have to buy athletic-cut dress shirts. If I go with a small regular cut shirt, it's too tight and uncomfortable. If I go with a larger regular fit shirt, the gut area has too much shirt material that is meant to fit Popeye's fried-chicken-eating-mother-f'ers.
