I had sleep paralysis last night and saw a fukking black creature in my room

I couldn’t move at all but I saw something

It was shaped like a human but down on all fours with its arms and it’s legs, and the head was turned upside down so it’s chin was on top and the top of the head on the bottom. I could barely see it’s features but that’s what I could make out. It eventually went away as my body woke up. I think my house is haunted now and I’m scared to go to sleep tonight

Just said Jesus a few times and it went away. I was less so scared it was gonna do anything but moreso not believing what my eyes was seeing. I still can’t process it. I hope I was just hallucinating and dreaming because it was definitely something there.

The first time I had experienced sleep paralysis, my room was pitch black so that was no fun.Oh and I used to get wake up loops. So imagining yourself waking up in a continuous loop, but you are still dreaming, but your mind thinks you are waking up

A false awakening loop is when a subject dreams about waking up over and over again, sometimes even up to 10 times or more without knowing which time they are actually awake
