LOL @ people still acting like the rape joke alone got him fired

His job was safe until he got reckless with those tweets. How could he possibly think it was a good idea to mention Linda, RIGHT after getting in trouble for the Kobe remark?

Maybe he was already notified by them of his release before he tweeted about Linda?

The typical person in the IWC probably loves Punk even more for his constant bashing of blacks.

Wrestler reaction to A.W.'s firing by WWE on Friday for what a company spokesman said was due to his continued use of offensive and inappropriate comments on live television and on social media after making a rape joke on the July 30 episode of Raw is said to be as negative to any termination in a long time.

Upon learning of the news, A.W. posted a barrage of Twitter messages roasting the sports-entertainment organization for what he perceives are double standards, such as Big Show making a similar remark referencing NBA player Kobe Bryant's sexual assault case years ago and Vince McMahon reneging WWE's anti-bullying campaign on Raw weeks ago by ridiculing Jim Ross' affliction with Bell's palsy. Though it would appear that he is squashing any chance of a return to the organization with each scathing tweet, Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer sees things otherwise.

He posted on the F4WOnline.com message board, "The more he says, the better his chances of being brought back in a while.

"Vince has no respect for people he bullies and don't fight back.

"He hired Bischoff, Bret (spent ten years begging for him to comeback and even brought him back after Bret walked out on him the day of Mania), Sable, Billy Graham, yet never touched Heenan except for one shots. I doubt even he knows it but he's playing it smart in the long run."

What's fukked is if AW had just shut his mouth like Daniel Bryan did when he got fired I bet he would have been hired back in a couple of months, this twitter rant is really gonna fukk him tho. I think he'll really end up regretting that.

Na, 1st off DB had more of a stronget fanbase not to mention bandwagon peeps that was calling for his return just to be part of a following and rage against the machie.

2nd, DB was white and AW is black, this is the same company that hasn't thought twice about hiring Shelton or yet alone Boogieman, so in comparison who the fukk is AW?

He was done regardless, they prolly feel great of getting rid of his <pope>BLACK ASS<pope>:steviej:

:childplease:

I will say this though some of those "straight edge" guys look like they have a :mjpls: policy.

I don't know much about straight edge but here's some stuff I do.

The name, and I suppose the movement itself, comes from the Minor Threat song of the same name and was a reaction to the prevailing attitudes within the hardcore punk scene in the late 70's early 80's. The most obvious of these are the drugs and alcohol issues. It also included at the start, promiscuity and racism as major issues to fight against in the scene and later included animal rights, veganism and such

The group FSU, which nows stands for Friends Stand United but was originally fukk shyt Up was formed to ''attack, beat and purge drug users and violent White supremacist, Neo-nazi, Skinheads and other various racist gangs from punk rock concert''

Straight Edge to me, seems to be inherently anti-racist amongst other things and can't just be defined as a non drinking/drug using. It's about a lifestyle, the music, social justice and all that lark, racism doesn't fit and a lot of these people don't seem very tolerant of people that call themselves straight edge but don't ascribe fully to the lifestyle and it's beliefs.
