I'd say Cali is maybe a third to 40% Black all the small town to the west get 50 to 90% Black.

This is especially the case when the population of women is larger than the population of men. It was 4-5 years ago and i stayed in the city center but my connect was out on the east end of the city i dont remember the names but i was hanging out there with some ppl....and it was mostly black i didnt see anything but black colombians out there...you right about the small towns cuz i linked up with a black mixed woman who lived on a farm house outside of Cali (i think southeast) and all her neighbours were black or black mixed..
