Since this nikka loves to dikkride Hov and Big in his songs, I got a quote for Pusha T:
"nikka switch up your flow, your shyt is garbage."
I don't know if anyone noticed, but Pusha T had one of the greatest fall-offs of the 2000s. I owned Clipse's first album. I was clubbing at the time when their songs got played (for you little niggies out there). Flat-top status or not, I can say I genuinely liked dude at one point. I thought his coke raps got boring quick. But since he had the flow down, I was looking forward to him expanding his subject matter and production on subsequent Clipse albums.
Instead I got more rehashes of Lord Willin with diminishing results.
Around this time, Kanye starts getting hot. So Pusha decides to dikkride the Ye wave and
waters his flow down to sound like if Ye dealt coke. It was the most ludicrous shyt ever.
How the fukk you go solo and have 0 classic tracks?
Then again,
maybe dude was always goofy and I didn't quite notice. He spat
heat though. Maybe he needs to get on faster, harder beats again. Them slow beats do him in every time. He doesn't have the voice for it.
That's why he sounds half-way decent
when shyts starts to speed up.
