Its a juxtaposition seeing as how Lupe is always lauded on here for being a great rapper but for the larger rap he is largely irrelevantHe been hot a few years but eventually trap beats and being a junkie won't be the wave.
And who said anything about Lupe
Future has been the wave since 2011. Thats a helluva rap career if it ended today. But, he is bigger than we he first created this wave.

Future been in the biggest trap rapper conversation since about 2012-13. His mixtape Astronaut Status currently has a score of 16,000 on livemixtapes..the record...and that was 3 years ago.
Future was not even "that nikka" by the time "Pluto" came out.
He was that nikka.
