P.S. I ain't suicidal :whoa: just had this one small issue. I used to have borderline Autism when I was little. However, mine came through socially where I was bashful. Even though I outgrew that. However, I guess it's a process.

Alcohol is a good buffer to help loosen people up so they can share dialogue with one another and if any of your coworkers are alcoholics you are in luck because alcoholics are fun to drink with and enjoy talking about stuff

and realize its not happening tomorrow, next week or even during the next months.

Dude I'm. 25 and Still fighting out my anxiety and depression. Was diagnosed at 18. Some days are easy and I don't notice it. Other days I literally feel trapped in my own body. But going to the gym and skateboarding and just being outside helps me a lot. If you specifically are trying to meet ppl your age then find an activity or something new you wanna try then do it and just strike up convos with ppl. The happy hour thing isn't bad cause alcohol makes me feel less anxious and more open to being myself and not being self conscious about stupid shyt.

I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder. I have to focus all my energy overcoming it to make it to work 5 days a week, I don't even try on weekends
