i got these fukkin flies in my kitchen i cant rid of...help

i kno when we buy bananas they usually sit on top of the microwave...im reading some shyt now saying to refrigerate all fruit and clean out the sink drain/garbage disposal

i wouldn't keep any food on the microwave. that radiation cant be good

Get a bowl, fill it w/ apple cider vinegar and squirt a little dish washing liquid in it. The gnats/fruit flies will be attracted to the smell and drown.

just did this and its the vinegar with the mother in it
