Its based on year one when he comes back to Gotham everything else is Bruce Wayne's story, because neither in the comics or movies do they ever give us a full story as to how he traveled the world training and looking for answers to how the criminal mind works, to understand what motivates them by living among them (in a world where justice is corrupt) And that first time he intimidated detective flass and roars in his face Do I Look Like A Cop? The Nolan Batman trilogy = best three superhero movies ever made and anybody who says different is a fukking idiot.

The Dark Knight was superb! I loved that movie.

Everyone was expecting some absolute to follow up The Dark Knight, but Nolan couldn't deliver. Ledger's Joker performance truly was phenomenal.
The other 2 just lacked that punch.

Yea instead of making Gotham look like a theme park they actually got it looking like the streets of Kowloon or any big city with crime and corruption festering beneath it, you know this is a world where the Gcpd arrive at crime scenes out of the movie seven with dead victims cut ear to ear in joker makeup or little things you catch in scenes like the court scene involving Mr. Zsasz you can clearly see the tally marks on his neck and know that the rest of his body is cut up like that or the ramps brought up in the stock exchange clearly put there as precautions they made after jokers attack on the city. The cult like loyalty of the members of the league of shadows who've shown that they'd be willing to sacrifice themselves in order to fulfill their duties and the fact that the jokers henchmen were clearly disturbed individuals recruited from the break out of arkham asylum home for the criminally insane

I feel asleep two different times in the middle of this long movie, but I'm going to one day get through it

However, it's hard to keep a straight face everytime I hear Bane's boombox voice

Bane was great. Voice worked well, it fit his character. Hardy was a good choice. Batman voice straight up cartoonish though. Id rather he just talked like he does out of costume to be honest.

Other than the albatross that was batman and robin (which doesnt exist) when have the villians ever not been interesting or more intriguing than batman? Everyone always likes to use the excuse that batman gets outshone cuz his villians are so dope but isnt the real reason because batman doesnt make a very good protagonist.

Movie was very good but not messing with the second one. Still a good movie to finish the trilogy with though. If Heath wouldn't have died we probably would have seen his character in part 3 and it would have been epic. But Bane was a great villain I just didn't like the way he went out in the end.
