It's a solid argument that no one in here has logically argued against yet
Tariq gets "free money" with no obligations to any of the people who donated. He gets to make content without any pressure since donators aren't entitled to anything and he gets to keep all the profits. From his perspective it's STRAIGHT PROFIT whether a project flops or not since he never has to pay anyone back. People saying he invest some of his own money too but how can we quantify that? Sounds like an assumption more than anything

The purpose of Hidden Colors is to get our stories out there without the meddling of big money outsiders. Also, it enables the creator to make more films instead of having to take out more time between projects to make and invest more money out of pocket.

Thing is, doing business with people removes his share of ownership. He is doing what is best for business men of other races, which is protecting his investments. 100% ownership by him means he can do what he wants to his liking. The best recourse for those who don't like it is not to support. Unlike everybody else, I dont believe you should support business, even if black, if you see an issue with how they do business. Again, he is doing what a lot of other successful businessmen do.
