-Saturday the playoffs go up against College Football
-Sunday the playoffs go up against the NFL
-Monday the playoffs go up against MNF
-Tuesday the playoffs go up against the Presidential Debate

-Their biggest, the Yankees cant sell out their own stadium and are getting crushed locally by the Jets and Giants

Looks like its headed for a Detroit vs St Louis World Series, that nobody outside Detroit and St Louis will care or watch. :snoop:

Are you saying the yankees aren't selling out in the playoffs? that can't be true can it

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/10/15/sports/baseball/attendance-down-for-yankees.html

On a sunny afternoon, 47,082 fans were at the stadium to watch the Yankees play Detroit in Game 2 of their best-of-seven American League Championship Series. It was the third straight playoff home game that the Yankees drew fewer than 47,200 fans, or about 3,000 short of capacity. During the previous 17 playoff home games dating to 2009, when the new Yankee Stadium opened, the Yankees averaged 50,140 fans.

Don't spew that pseudo psychology bullshyt in the coli. :pacspit:

no i mean when you look at birthrates you see that most of the country will be elderly by 2050. old people dont buy sports apparel, attend games etc. the sports consumer base will be gone, which is a fact
