Focus on your eating habits and really trying to make a real lifestyle change with your eating habits. The gym stuff can come later (and probably should) but trying to do too much at one time can be overwhelming for alot of ppl.
the REAL problem is the food you are eating. Controlling your food intake will get you losing weight right away.
