]I was the winner of thecoli weightloss challenge i lost 50 lbs in 2 months i was 280 and got to 230 ish i was feeling real good i stop smoking as much and got down to a xl shirt from a 4xl i did alot of weight training even after I won I went down to 210 now im back at 288 smoke a pack of blacks a day damn I feel bad and disgusting Am I the only one after 6 months of working out I feel like its so hard to go to the gym and mind be playing tricks on you

this probably isn't popular opinion, but I say fukk the gym right now.

Focus on your eating habits and really trying to make a real lifestyle change with your eating habits. The gym stuff can come later (and probably should) but trying to do too much at one time can be overwhelming for alot of ppl.


the REAL problem is the food you are eating. Controlling your food intake will get you losing weight right away.

I agree with 90% about food being a huge part of the weight loss equation but the one thing that got me to put my fat nikka eating habits into check was realizing that all of my hard work in the gym were wasted due to me not being able to out work a bad diet.

Once I truly started keeping a log of what I ate against calories burned is when I started seeing results. Working out was a huge motivator in me not wasting my time by stuffingy face

Did i say it wasn't legitimate or that I personally was good on it :dwillhuh:
