Well it looks like you have to start over Develop a new program for yourself, figure out what triggered you to relapse and then focus on that. Maybe you need to join another weight loss challenge or something.
I found this site last night and I'm starting the 90 days of action program tomorrow. It's all body weight exercises and no need for a gym. They have others as well...I think you could find something that fits your needs. Don't give up if it's important to you. Good luck!!

I personally hate the gym. I was doing a bunch of jogging but after I failed at my marathon, I said eff that and basically stopped doing anything. I just started back up on a routine and the one thing I added was jumping rope. I take it with me on my walks and do intervals. I've also been following the 5x5 routine but that gets boring too and I end up saying fukk it. I added some different exercises to it switch it up but then I found this 90 day no equipment thing so I'm going to try that. I'm also about to join the Y so I can start swimming laps. All I can tell you is to keep trying. Try some different shyt than what you did before so it doesn't get boring nor remind you of your failure. You can do it, breh!
Gotta remember breh it's a lifestyle change. Think about your health and also not being satisfied with your appearance and use that as motivation. Buy an outfit or take an outfit you have and can't fit anymore and set a 6month goal to fit it.
Either way it happens to the best of us, I fell off diet wise and gained weight but I remembered the long term health effects and decided to get back discipline.

failure is a part of the cycle. if fixing your life, whether it be quitting smoking, quitting drinking, losing weight, gaining strength, paying off debts, learning a new skill, getting rid of bad habits, was something easily done, or just easy to the point where you could work really hard once and reap all the benefits then the entire world would be a completely different place.
I know that sounds confusing, but you definitely won, you saw that you can enact change. Some people work out for an entire year and whether its due to bad diet or an inappropriate exercise routine dont see any let alone the amount of weight loss and improvement that you did. Now that you know you can change and youve experienced it, you have a leg up. You gotta really process what went wrong where so you can start again and avoid the obstacles. It may or may not be a simple tweak. For instance you might have stopped smoking completely and went out one time and thought "Ive done so well I can have one smoke" **boom** next thing you know your smoking a pack a day again. or you might have had an entire cheat day rather than a cheat meal next thing you know you're eating whatever you want and neglecting any type of regimen you have. You might have said "im going to take the weekend off to recover" then also took the monday off and next thing you know its been 2 weeks since you worked out, we don't have the answers. If your completely honest with yourself you'll find and acknowledge them. Dont consider it an L consider it a W because 1. have the experience that youve successfully dropped that weight lets you know you can do it again. 2. once you find out where you veered off track, you basically have map, a solid workout routine, solid meal plan you can go at it again and avoid or do differently than you did the first time.
Just start again, but don't have your goal to win a temporary challenge, do it as a lifestyle change.
I've gone up and down and weight. I'm always working on going down. Nothing wrong with trying again.
You gotta be dedicated to it or you will continue to get these results.
It's hard, and this is why when people say getting in shape and gaining muscle is easy,I laugh, because nothing's easy about it. It takes a huge huge amount of dedication and will, that a lot of people won't have when it comes to this, and what's sad is they should because it involves their health.
Just get back on the bike breh and stay dedicated this time.
