Totally. I just got my first taste of a six figure salary this year with my new job. I work in IT.
Still, soon as I got my first paycheck I was asking my boy how to reallocate my 401k, what I should invest in, etc. Still have a ways to go. I just put money in my 401K, HSA, and savings at the moment. I may mine for Bitcoins or put money into stock. Long story short I'm asking others how to increase my net worth and doing that.
I'm honestly not sure if I have the *time* necessarily to invest a lot into a part time side business because the rigors of my current job but I can do something to generate money on the side.
