When I called them they told me that I would have to pay for any upgrades, and they only discontinued the extreme 50mb package. because I am still getting the same speeds. they said the 10mb was $100

so I decided to call back and get another opinion, and they said it was coming but they dont have an exact date yet.. Maybe its just not in my neighborhood yet..

I believe they're only doubling the Blast and Extreme packages... If you're on Performance then you're out of luck

Apparently this shyt been in bmore for a minute

I just talked to a rep and they told me all blast customers should be getting 50 down and 105 down for extreme

Im still getting 35 but I googled and that's because my modem is docsis 2.0 and you need a 3.0 modem for max speeds on blast and extreme so check your modems and make sure its DOCSIS 3.0....if its 2.0 call comcast and tell em you need a 3.0 modem and they'll replace it for free

Get the model # of your modem and check this link to see if you got the right modem

this must be only chicago.. I just did this, and nothing changed for me..

Its for all areas that still had/has blast 25 and extreme 50

If you are in an area that already has blast 50 and extreme 105 then you shouldve already got a speed increase whenever it went live

Check my last post about modems cause that what could be causing some not to get their max speeds
