I'd rather eat what I want in moderation, work out intensely, and chill. :ehh: No point in living long if you can't have the fun that comes with with it. :manny:

Id rather live with some complications eating amazing tasting foods for my whole life then live a few more years and eat tasless ass food:manny:

Plus alot of this is just luck of the draw and genetics so u can live as healthy as you want it doesnt guarantee a damn thing

You can eat healthy stuff that tastes good.

Nobody said health food is limited to rice cakes and other tasteless stuff.....unless you're way out of shape and have to limit yourself to a strict diet to lose weight

There's no definitive answer to that actually, just a bunch of studies with ambiguous "maybes"

So there's no correlation to ppl who eat a bunch of pork and fried food(especially black ppl) al the time having health probs? Coulda fooled me.

You can say "maybe" b/c there may be 1 person out of 20 who can eat that way all their life and never have big probs, so it's not 100%.

But do what you want. I do mine in moderation.

ehh once i got to a weight and look i wanted i maintain it as long as i workout even if i dont eat great all the time,doesnt mean i eat like shyt all the time but i dotn calorie count constantly,moderation is the key

I lost alot of weight just cutting out soda

Good amounts of seasoning still = high blood pressure.

Right now I eat once a day, no soda, sweets (both of those are :scusthov: to me anyway). But when I eat that once a day, I eat good, whatever I want. Plus I work out a lot so my metabolism is already on high when I eat that one meal.

I tried other diets, but then I just felt like I was cheatin' myself out of the pleasures of life and frankly your social life takes a hit kinda sorta when you can't eat the way you want to or by whatever environment you're in with friends.

I'd rather have that than countin' calories all day and whatnot :manny:

I understand if youre real sick and it could be a matter of life death but if not the people who eat insanely healthy for health or vanity reasons puzzle me and while im in awe of their discipline id never do that it seems like torture

Theyres too many delicious foods i could never give up cold turkey,im in my 30's now and realize cant eat like i used to but to tttally give up delicious unhealthy foods would make life way less fun.
You can also eat healthy versions of most delicious foods as well.

Also most of these delicious foods were much healthier for you prior to the use of soy lecithin and crazy preservatives, chemicals and etc.

I agree with you though, some people take shyt to the extreme and end up looking sick. You need to have a balance in your life, as a matter of fact I'd even argue that something unhealthy once in a while is actually good for your body to build some tolerance. I've met weirdos who think that eating "clean" means not using any spices and seasons on your food lol wtf.

I'm not a healthy eater. I struggle with this. But from taking human anatomy and physiology I can see how some people would be health nuts if they know the body well. It's not really that extreme really.
