They havent called or scheduled me for 2 weeks now. I keep telling my mom its cause of the storm they couldnt reach me, cause our phone was out. But I think im done there. I might act like I still work there get dressed up for work leave for a few hours and come back home so my parents still think I got a job

I did this shyt one time after I had walked out on a job once and then wanted to reverse my decision. I came in the next day, tried to clock in, it wouldn't let me because I was not scheduled, so I got the manager who wasn't there when I quit to override and clock me in. They figured it all out and kicked me out about six hours later (after the afternoon rush ).

They should have let you finish your entire shift before kicking you out.
