Tbh what has Drake added to hip hop he’s sharked every nikka style to stay relevent. nikka Went from sounding like Joe Budden, Wayne, Jay, Future, Thug, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, XXX tentacion and Cash Cobain and on top of that he got ghost writters. I actually never liked his music, outside of his first mixtape everyone liked. His entire career I been looking at guys sideways who enjoyed his music. The whole trope of “if you get a lot of women, you understand drake” … I never rocked with. Too much whining about his relationships. Not my style. Dude just lame. But I’m not about to act dramatic like he hasn’t made hits. Just always seemed lame and forced to me . Plus he on some Shang tsung shyt stealing everybody style

The consensus was always that he never made a classic album, and thats caused his fans to rewrite history online by calling his albums classics because they were mad Drake was out of that discussion.
Only 2 or 3 artists dropped classics in the 2010s, the discussion were always about Kanye, Kendrick and hen you had classic mixtapes (Cole, etc)

Very similar to how jay himself tried to retroactively make RD a classic during that media tour before BP1 dropped. It worked for Jay so I can't blame Drizzler and his fans for trying the same strategy
