I don't get the Adam Cole Hype, Bay Bay

It's the catchphrase and his smug persona. His wrestling is above average at best and when he goes to the main roster he won't be lighting the world on fire. He has no business being a THREE time (
) ROH Champion though. He's not at the Zack Sabre Jr level of overrated but he's definitely overachieved. With all that said he's OK to me.

I think WWE raiding the indies like they have the last 5 years has created a situation where most (white) guys left behind are generic to the point that a guy like Cole gets a push in ROH and PWG.
He would not be getting a push if Owens, Zayn, Apollo Crews, etc. weren't given the call.
You think Sanity Eric Young is generic. He was generic during his Team Canada run but I think he's improved since.

I never really saw the hype with him or Roderick Strong. Bland CAWS imo, but he might get over with his promos, i say throw him the cruiserweight division.

Hes great at selling, timing. His facial expressions during matches help tell a story. All that stuff makes his matches more believable. He doesnt need to do flippy shyt to have good matches. Almost kind of a throwback style.. Also has charisma and can talk.

dude is trash. his whole crew is booty butt cheeks really. cats were mad they went to NXT but they are legit not ready for the grand stage at all. im sure they could get "over" in ring but that aint enough especially when you aint even bigger than Tony Abs.
Cole is just good man. There's just a presence about him and he'll find a way to project that on the bigger stage.
