I have friends that run bread routes for IBC, and they were just told to liquidate their trucks and not show up to work tomorrow. Wow. 20 years, 10 years 5 years in the company. it doesn't matter... No more job.

IBC is the only American owned company in that industry that is left and now the liberals destroyed it.

The company's struggles are owed to market forces. There has been a sustained shift away from sugary, over-processed snack foods as awareness of their deleterious effects on personal health have grown. Its not been because of workers earning a livable wage. Right wing media has you well trained it seems. How has this anti-worker narrative become so reified? Who do you want to actually make the products and consume them?

They've leveraged against a distressed company and have been receiving handsome high-risk interest payments, and with the company finally sinking underwater they'll make out like bandits as the holders of that debt.
