If Trump promised that if he won the 2020 election that he will give black people trillions of dollars in reparations cash payments, land, free college, tax free etc...?

This is If you knew he was 100% serious and he even signed a agreement saying that if he won the election he would be obligated to give black people everything he promised them and if he didn't then he would be immediately removed and threw in prison.

That way you would know for sure that he would give us all of that if he won. No pandering or lip service.
