I just downloaded "Opera" browser on android to test it and it works.

Free VPN | Browser with free VPN | Opera Browser

install opera browser with vpn and turn on the 'data savings' feature which will effectively re-route the coli page requests through opera servers.. I believe this is a javascript and ip address issue. a script(s) isn't loading correctly based on some ip address rules.
