I think this is more of a case of teams putting out feelers and Shaw just shutting them down. I have no doubt he could have had the Raiders job last year 
I wouldn't want to leave either. Look at all the shyt going down today. Everybody getting tossed out. Saban, Urban, and Shaw are doing the right thing. They are basically kings where they are and don't have to deal with this type of shyt. If Chip Kelly was smart he would go back or stay in college.
