as for the first question, i understand women are looking out for their FINANCIAL security through marriage. which is whats annoying discussing this shyt with women. y'all try to pretend its all about love and commitment, ignoring your true intentions behind wanting that business contract.

Two different types of marriage here.

1) Holy matrimony
2) Civil marriage.

The former is religious. The latter is a legal/business matter between husband, wife, and the State recognized through a marriage license.

A license is not a contract.
A contract is an agreement between parties.
A license is a grant of permission from master to servant.
