PLEASE make sure you get regular checkups. I won't go into my issue, but I almost died because I infrequently went for checkups because I hated doctors. I've been in the hospital for 3 weeks, brehs. I know some will take the opportunity to clown but if just one person sees this and decides to go to the doctor then this post was a success.

I have a long recovery ahead of me but I'm glad to be back. Stay close to your friends and your family. Don't take them for granted.

agreed with the point that everybody needs to get a yearly checkup. it sucks to have to do a ton of tests, but in the long run it's better for your health if you find out about your problems early on.

heart disease runs in my fam breh, for that reason alone i get a full physical annually and extensive bloods panels done every 3 months.
