everytime she tells me about one of their issues, i'm like . they have been friends since middle school, so i get it. but these broads are status....

friend 1: has been married before and got a divorce (has 2 kids with ex husband). she became DESPERATE to get another husband, so every man she thought was halfway interested in her, she was marrying him . 3 relationships and about 5 years later, she still hadn't gotten married yet. in comes mr. simptastic. she doesn't like this nikka, but he worships her so she marries him. they have been married for about 4 months now and she treats him like stir fried shyt . she didn't want to marry HIM. she just wanted to be able to say 'i's married now' on some Shug Avery shyt.

friend 2: met a dude on blackplanet (), actually got serious with him, married him and had his child and realized that he is a con artist. now shes putting up a front like she's ok with the arrangement when in reality, she wants to commit that .

friend 3: she's actually ok, but she is married to a dude that's OBVIOUSLY not attracted to her. she lets him creep and she knows about it. she just turns a blind eye like she doesn't notice and when you see them, they appear to be a perfect couple when in reality he is status and she is status on the inside.

Even the smartest, most level headed woman has at least 1 dumb friend. Your a good husband for listening. She is probably the one who they all tell their crap to and she gives them advice they don't listen to. The curse of marrying the best one out the group you have to deal with hearing about the other ones .

Dude, my wife's friends are okay. It's her sisters that have issues.
Oldest one is pushing the envelope right now. Over two years ago, she filed for bankruptcy and the bank foreclosed on her condo. She ends up moving into a 3 bedroom apartment. Why? It's just her and her adult son. It's costs around $900 a month. I googled it.
Anyway, I'm going to call her Retardo to cover her real name. Retardo also started a new job not too long after going through the whole bankruptcy thingy. Okay, she's at the bottom of the barrel and you would think she would learn from that. Everything I hear is second hand through my wife. Retardo doesn't like her job, so she quits without another job lined up! It's like the job market is bad. Retardo somehow gets unemployment insurance even though she quit, so maybe she got terminated. Who knows. Retardo is a known liar.

I've been laid off before. Living off on unemployment is tough. You cut down your expenses and start searching hard for a job.
Retardo has one part-time job, that's it. It's been almost two years and she hasn't found a job. I go to a family picnic, and I ask her how the job hunting is going. She's got this attitude like she can take her good old time. No rush. She might go back into her previous job field.
My wife can't explain where she gets her money from. Her car broke down maybe around October of 2012...and she told her that she needed hundreds of dollars to pay the garage and they hold onto her car until then. We visit her parents for Christmas, December 2012... and she's pulls up to her parents home in that car. How did she magically pay that f***ing bill off.
It's like "for almost a year and a half since unemployment benefits would have ended, how do you afford a $900/month rent, plus utilities, plus food and expenses on a part time job, plus car repair.... oh and how did you afford a vacation to f***ing Las Vegas a couple months ago? Flight and a couple days at a hotel (newer ritzy hotel, not an old crappy one). Seriously, either she's getting a handout from her father and brother and sisters or she's dealing drugs. I have no idea.
It comes off as highly suspicious that Retardo is not on the struggle plate.... fat-azz, lying ho.
