So it's Lebron's fault the Eastern teams are incompetent. Durant, the best player in the world, made the conscious decision to sign with the best team in the world and the league hasn't been the same since.
But here's the thing, you can't take issue with Durant doing what he did, and then ignore that LeBron formed a
superteam in the East with two of the best players from the EC (Wade and Bosh); reducing the competition, and then did the same when he went back to Cleveland. So it's all good if LeBron makes the "conscious decision" by surrounding himself with the best talent and sleepwalks through the Eastern Conference to the Finals without any resistance, but it's fine for teams in the Western Conference to beat each other up on the way to the finals, softening themselves up for LeBron's team?
Durant just smartened up and followed LeBron's lead. You can't be mad at him and not LeBron.
