They may be more expensive, but I would suggest Powerblocks, if you want to get adjustable dumbbells. They got some that go up to 90 lbs, and even 125, if I recall correctly.

Or, there ain't nothing wrong with using resistance bands... you can live without being strong muscularly / skeletal wise

you cant live long with a weak heart/cardiovascular status

so therefore, it's factually proper to state that running > lifting weights with your legs

trust me breh, i do both and running is most definitely the more beneficial exercise by far

i squat 350 for reps :beli:

If u dont care about mass/gains u dont even need weights really

Keep it 100% fonky I felt way healthier when I was just biking but I think thats mainly age (damn near 5-6 yrs ago :sadbron: )

But if ur trying to actually put on size.... u might wanna reconsider bruh.

we exercise to become more healthy

cardiovascular health > muscular strength

plus, your legs get strong from running

i know a nikka who can squat 485 lbs. 5-6 reps and he doesn't lift regularly, only runs about 15 miles daily

that depends on your personal reasons for wanting to be in shape

a logger gets more out of his business from stronger muscles than his lung capacity
