I can tell diff when a TV show is 60fps, but for GAMES I can't tell diff between 30FPS, 60FPS OR 120

Playing Miles on the PS5. There is a SUBSTANTIAL difference between the 60 FPS Performance mode vs the 4k Ray Tracing Fidelity mode. I have no clue how some are still claiming they outright cant decipher between 30 FPS & 60 FPS.

for me 30 fps has a noticeable stutter, and it feels sluggish
