thats actually not much.

The weight people normally use as a basis for good squat strength is 1.5 x Body Weight...
...so you should be shooting for about 275lbs.

Tried getting real heavy with my squats but kept getting this WEIRD burning sensation in my hip/groin area. Feels uncomfortable but isn't a shooting pain, it literally feels like you're on fire. Anyone ever had this experience too? Shyt is horrible

Hey I just started a few months ago :damn: for one day per week and missed a couple of weeks cuz i was on vacation at times
Hopefully by next year I'll be good. Especially since I'll be doing my army training and shyt

yea...its not bad.

Most people dont squat...and the ones that do I see maxing out at like 185.
