I can see OKC and Heat meeting in Finals for the next 2-3 years

I think the Thunder will have an easier path to the final next year on paper than the Heat. The Heat will have to compete with the Celtics (still a very good franchise), Bulls (if Rose is healthy), 76ers are on the comeup, Milwaulkee (don't sleep), Knicks, Brooklyn (if Dwight goes there and Deron stays), and the Pacers.
You don't believe this.

right now I dont see anyone beating the Heat in the east and I really dont see anyone in the west taking OKC...so I expect rematches the next few years

it pisses me off how the spurs lost 4 straight to okc, because the spurs would have beat the heat....we all remember the last time the spurs played lebron in the finals...sweep baby....sweep

Heat woulda been :eat: off that Spurs D. This ain't 2005. OKC is actually a better defensive team and you see what happened to them. Bron and Wade woulda shut Tony's driving down and Tim ain't what he used to be anymore on either end. Westbrook and Durant are the only reason it was competitive. Tony and Manu ain't doin that shyt.

It doesn't look like anybody is gonna stand in the way of that shyt but you never know what kinda moves might be made and of course you gotta take injuries into account as well. If Bosh doesn't come back the Heat might have lost to Boston and certainly lose this series.

It could happen, but it's actually kind of sad IMO. I mean joining forces really made the East less competitive, Celtics are not getting any younger, Bulls not there yet and who knows if Rose will fully recover, I don't see the Pacers or the Hawks getting over that "good 2nd round team" plateau, Knicks are still the Knicks until proven otherwise...Out West I don't think the Lakers, Spurs and Mavs have it in them anymore, Clips flip-flop too much and injuries might seriously hamper them...and overall when you think about it there just aren't that many elite players where you could say "Oh, if this guy goes there, it could be a wrap..." Deron ain't on that level IMO, and Dwight's the alpha bytch. We talking about Nash and he's 38 for Christ's sake.

Of course one never knows with injuries, free agency...but I expect the NBA to not be very competitive these coming years.
