if you honestly think lebron is more versatile than KD. The guy that literally has to have entire offenses designed for his needs is more versatile. Laughable. Wade, bosh, love, etc. had to change their game considerably to make it work. He literally cant play his game without shooters on the floor at ALL times. KD never had that in OKC. You think bron and westbrook wouldve worked?

You act like the Warriors didn't appease KD by allowing him to get his isolation fix at the expense of their system. Dude almost cost them the series against Houston in 2018 because of his insistence on playing 1 vs. 1 ball. He wasn't as seamless of a fit as you're implying. Secondly, it's a misconception to say that Lebron needs floor spacers on the floor at all time. He's won with two elite shooting teams (2013 Heat & 2016 Cavs) and he's won with two average/below average shooting teams (2012 Heat and 2020 Lakers). The Lakers this season were a subpar shooting team-- only KCP and Danny Green had shooting profiles and both (especially the latter) had their shooting wax and wane. At any given moment Lebron was on the floor with guys like Caruso, Rondo, Kuzma, Dwight/Javale, AD, Morris-- some are capable but non are exceptional three point shooters.

Bron and Russ would have worked in a similar way that Bron and Wade/Kyrie worked: Bron would have alleviated Russ of playmaking duties which would have limited Russ' usage and streamlined his role. KD's inability to create for his teammates is the reason why Russ was always playing a bigger role than fans would have liked.. That's why there is a ceiling on teams where KD is the alpha. He needs an ecosystem like the Warriors that allows him to exclusively focus on getting buckets in his spots. He can't handle the creation and playmaking responsibilities that Bron can.
