too much processed food there fam

why not just get deli cuts? or was the pic just for representation?

ramen noodles = lots of sodium

make your own noodles with natural flavors

and make your own wraps with better ingredients

I used to work overnight and I know how that messes up your eating

Forgot to take a picture of my whole meal.....but this grill pan right here makes the PERFECT tender t bone steaks brehs. Get the pan super hot....3 minutes on each side to sear....throw in the oven uncovered at 425 for about 20-25 minutes...... :lawd:

Had cabbage, loaded bake potatoes, and a t-bone...smashed!

It makes a little smoke but nothing crazy. I do like 2 steaks at a time so the pan doesn't get used enough to make a lot of smoke.

Apply the same for anything...pork steaks/chicken breasts/etc..I use it for a lot of meats....the key is not putting the meat on until the pan is super hot...you just want to do both sides quickly...its all about it searing the outside so the juices stay locked in while it cooks in the oven. Its like making a crisp wall on the outside so the moisture can't escape and make a tough steak. If you don't have one cop it...mine is the "lodge" brand...cast iron with grill ridges..cost 10 dollars at Walmart.
