In all honesty that's why I like comic books.

I still get the visual stimulation but I'm forced to pay attention because I have to read, and unlike something like subbed anime or foreign films I can move on at my own pace, so if my mind trails off I just won't turn the page yet.

I cast Comixology to my tv and that's basically my Netflix. I use my tv for that more than watching actual tv these days.

I think some of this is a result of Covid and Quarantine because I have this issue sometimes and I never used to check phone my while watching something good. But being stuck at home for months and working from home Ive definitely become more accustomed to grab my phone every 10-15mins or so if im not actively doing something

For me its mainly to check my crypto portfolio but once you get ya phone and see notifications its hard not to go down the rabbit hole.

If its a good show or movie im actually into, I can put my phone down, but I can see how its become harder... But whenever its gets to be too much, ill turn my phone off a couple of hours and come to realize I didn't realize miss much at all. We just feel like we are
