OK Brehs I went hard as shyt in today. :win:

I just ate a lot. That's probably my problem. Trying to go so hard without any fuel. I suggest you guys eat a lot throughout the day too...

I just came from the gym, put in about 20 minutes and I was absolutely exhausted. I usually can go an hour and a half cycling through the machines but lately I've been getting exhausted and drained quickly and have to mope out of the gym :sadcam:

I had a protein shake early on. Chocolate milk, 2 ham sammiches, bowl of pasta with cheese and greens right before I left.

Really sad and I hate cheaping out.

What do ya'll eat/do to get the energy throughout the workout?

that's probably your problem

I can't eat like that before a workout, because after I eat my body is :deadrose::yeshrug::flabbynsick:
