I just came from the gym, put in about 20 minutes and I was absolutely exhausted. I usually can go an hour and a half cycling through the machines but lately I've been getting exhausted and drained quickly and have to mope out of the gym
Seriously wtf is going on with me?
I had a protein shake early on. Chocolate milk, 2 ham sammiches, bowl of pasta with cheese and greens right before I left.
Really sad and I hate cheaping out.
What do ya'll eat/do to get the energy throughout the workout?
