I just came from the gym, put in about 20 minutes and I was absolutely exhausted. I usually can go an hour and a half cycling through the machines but lately I've been getting exhausted and drained quickly and have to mope out of the gym :sadcam:

Seriously wtf is going on with me?

I had a protein shake early on. Chocolate milk, 2 ham sammiches, bowl of pasta with cheese and greens right before I left.

Really sad and I hate cheaping out.

What do ya'll eat/do to get the energy throughout the workout?

scale back on the exercises a little give your body some breathing room.

30 mins pre-workout and i'm blitzed..can go for a couple hours like a machine.... :win:

Maybe that's the case. I try going 5 days a week.

I was that way today, but I had alot on my mind.

When I'm worrying about something, my workouts suffer a bit.

I stayed for like an hour +, but I didnt go too hard

eating trash and clogging your arteries, no wonder you have no energy :laff:

If it becomes a chronic issue, go to the doc and make sure you're not anemic or something. That's a pretty big drop-off in stamina.

You could take a week off. I usually do this twice a year since I regularly exercise all the time.

You could have Lyme disease that you got from being bitten by a tick. That makes you tired when you haven't done anything different.
