I've lived in a studio apartment and it may have been around 500 square feet give or take, but anything less than 500 is really the limit to actually feel like you have some room. I even like all the new robotic and retractable gizmos they are creating to make smaller apartments more manageable, but I still say 500 feet should be the limit legally for new units. Otherwise they just gone push it to this

Can you elaborate on why you find this space so fascinating? It looks like your typical floor model that is shown to potential buyers?
Also, I'm pretty sure that isn't a studio as that is a legit wall that divides the living room from the bedroom. It's not even a convertible because the wall typically can be retracted.

First of all it's a pied-à-terre you uncultured swine :hhh:

Isn't it the occupant that determines whether or not the apartment/condo is a pied-a-terre? If it is a legit second residence then it's a pied-a-terre. If they are there full-time, it's just an apartment/condo.
