I am located in South Fl, I live in a gated community

Neighbor cop thought I was tailgating him due to the recent issue of folks without proper access zooming in behind home owners

I am a convicted felon.

After exchange with the cop at the entrance he took an alternate route in the complex to end up behind me, park, and walk about a block up to tail me and get my plate info (I peeped him but he thought he was slick)

I smelled like a pound during the encounter and that is the only reason I can see him doing this fukkery

He was undercover the exchange was mild and non aggressive from my end

I have owned my home 8 years and did not know he was an officer until tonight

How can I find out if my plate has been run? his whole demeanor was power trip

File a conplaint. He was off duty and going home. Might not even be the district that he works in. You can possible get him fired
