How tall are you, what's your bench/squat/deadlift

I typically don't go heavy. But I've hit 265 for a few reps. Used to be able to squat 400 max once and dead I've hit 500

I'm trying to switch up my style. I used to be big and beefy I'm trying to get leaned out. I'm going for more reps than anything.

Now, I typically do 135 to failure on bench, 225 on squat till failure, and 315 on dead till failure. I'm focused on compound.

U not losing a significant amount of weight in like 3 weeks though breh. And if u arent careful when u come up off that crash diet them binges gonna be worse than Oprah's. I would take the L and make a gameplan for next summer

I'm going to an all inclusive resort June 3. I'm gonna balloon up off buffets and endless dranks :mjcry:

Psmf I lost 32 pounds in 1 month. I was obese at the time thoo. Goat diet for fat loss. Took extreme dedication tho

Good look though.

The more fat you have, the more drastic you can take your cut.

I need to get rid of this damn gut before my vacation in june 3. how do I get cut cut cut! I need to get rid of my love handles. I only eat a salad a day, I work out as hard as I can without totally fainting, and I get on that cardio game. But I need the pounds to melt off especially my mid section. How do i attack discriminatelhy.
Most of that was probably water weight, and now you've peaked out on water weight loss.
But, decreased caloric intake on a daily basis and exercising will work. Unfortunately, you waited too long. June 3 is only a couple weeks away.
You should have started your weight loss program like back in October 2015.
Have a nice vacation though. Wear a t-shirt in the pool. No one will notice. :lolbron:
