How tall are you, what's your bench/squat/deadlift
I typically don't go heavy. But I've hit 265 for a few reps. Used to be able to squat 400 max once and dead I've hit 500
I'm trying to switch up my style. I used to be big and beefy I'm trying to get leaned out. I'm going for more reps than anything.
Now, I typically do 135 to failure on bench, 225 on squat till failure, and 315 on dead till failure. I'm focused on compound.
