I need to get rid of this damn gut before my vacation in june 3. how do I get cut cut cut! I need to get rid of my love handles. I only eat a salad a day, I work out as hard as I can without totally fainting, and I get on that cardio game. But I need the pounds to melt off especially my mid section. How do i attack discriminatelhy.

1. That sounds like water weight. It's likely not real and that pace is definitely not sustainable.

2. You can't spot-target weight loss. It's literally impossible. Eat at a slight deficit for months on end and you'll see weight loss everywhere.

3. There is no quick fix. Any serious gains requires serious time and commitment.

No way you burned 35000 calories plus whatever you ate in 7 days fam. You might have full blown aids :francis:

I ate the Zaxbys chicken salad, one of them a day. ONE. A DAY and worked out everyday and did some form of cardio everyday. I have pictures to prove that shti. I'm no tulip either, I've been on this weightlift game but I need to cut quick.

So that's basically 800 calories a day. THAT'S IT. I drank water otherwise. That's pretty much a 1200 deficient daily. Not to mention I put in at the gym...so that's probably about 1400 daily deficient. It's gonna happen.

You're gonna burnout at that rate and you're going to hit a stage where your body is going to start trying to preserve fat because it thinks theres a famine going on:whoa:


On the days you're going to the gym you can probably take in 500 more calories in straight protein and be good to go. :manny:


Also do a refeed day every 2 weeks to jumpstart your metabolism, so if you've been going for 10 days, sometime in the next 4 you should have a refeed day where you eat above maintenance with plenty of healthy fats :eat:

Take caffiene and green tea straight pill no more than 200 at a time, up to 3 times a day baring you not having any health issues

Might not be able to sleep much tho. Do some hiit cardio and keep an eye on your heart rate.

When you lift keep rest breaks short, weight at 8-12 reps a set and do circuits or super sets back to back.

You know to eat right so these steps will put you in the best position to lose as much as you can.

It's gonna be hard but you gotta do what you gotta do at this point. Don't just work out, get into your workouts and pump yourself. always keep your abs tight

Look in to BodyRecomposition Support Forums - Powered by vBulletin and his methods, he has a variation on PSMF.

Im not a fan of crash diets, but they can be a tool if you have a strict deadline, holiday, photoshoot, comp.

Just remember you cant sustain being on them for long and its vital to have a refeed day you dont wanna fukk up your metabolism and would advise against doing lots of cardio whilst your cutting so aggressively.

And eat as much protein as you can, eat not drink. You will feel more full from foods than shakes. Also higher protein will help preserve your muscle.
