The goons are talking about wen the nas vs pac situation happened he was no where to be seen …. he’s not on the deathrow east interview at all …. And these jersey goons say he wasn’t even around … he might have been far away looking on but how would he know what was said between nas n pac … he’s told this story a few times to suit himself first time he told it he said pac punked nas …. The times after he switched it to nas could have just winked or snapped his fingers and all of pacs camp would have been got …. All lies …. he lied about Trayvon lane ever slapping him aswell …. He said a deathrow nikka swung for him he dipped and they missed ….

What makes this story so fascinating was that for so long it was just hearsay, tales, etc… Did this infamous meeting actually take place at the height of the biggest beef in history and to find out all after these years this was true.

To my knowledge, it was first addressed to a national audience on Nas I AM album “we will survive”, but he would dodge the question in interviews.

Then over years as our media expanded more and more people spoke on it, suge, outlawz, jungle, etc… And snoop with all his , he(snoop) has been a caricature for 20+years… I’m glad Nas called him a liar too..

In the Ebro interview, Nas mentioned doing a short film on this meeting. I would love to see it, obviously the public 20+yrs later is still very interested in this story…

What no one talks about is that it only takes one shot to kill Pac or Nas or a key person amongst that group that night ,meaning that if something happened that night, goons are expendable but what if goons dominated Nas crew or better yet Jungle (Nas brother) crew cause it was really Jungle that bought the goons cause he was in the streets and what if Nas/Jungle goon member shot pac then who wins if death row and Outlaws destroy Nas and them?
Folks act like everyone would just stand there if shots rang off.Also, Eric b spoke to Pac and Nas. They already had heads up about how they felt and that pac already knew Nas
wasn't on that time.
The decision to let Pac diss Nas in the record to be release and not take it off was tasteless and it was disrespectful to Pac by not following his wishes.


All that nonsense fighting would have banned them from MTV and executives and record labels would've havem.these guys black balled or ban hip hip from awards shows .
Bad Boys people forget puffy had that mix tape 1994 or 95 the bad boys mix tape as Puffy adlib on pac directly and indirectly while saying Bad Boys move in silence . A 14 year old boy would've said Bad Boys was shooked .let's be honest, what kids don't realize is that it does not matter who you are, if you have money, it's easy for goons to rock with you as a third party and do your dirty work .all these guys have access to goons but as crazy as it sounds. Puffy is very strategic. It would be silly for Bad Boys to be around that night in MTV awards with the Nas /Pac situation . people forget hip hop police exist so why invite your self to the situation? You don't think the police would live to get at puffy or hip hop popular individual? Prosecutors live for big names to go after. Puff is a out image and getting to the bag by displaying clean image to join the executives to build whether with good or bad intentions.

Fast forward to after biggie and pac death, Suge got blackballed,Jimmy iovine did business with puff,Dre and others. Puff got heavily involved in MTV/ Vh1 reality shows etc...and repeatedly invites to those award shows and look upon as not being a "trouble maker" .Suge tried to do a reality show and it wasn't picked up. His label was rely getting played on radio, infighting in death row. Police raided death row whether gene deal said puffy gave cops or the overall surveillance of death row because of all the drama that went on. If fans were aware of the drama ,imagine the police.

Also in fairness Pac didn't want that kind of drama. It don't make sense for that too go too far only if provoked. All those goons how did they benefit from that night if something went down? It would have hurt artists money travelling to perform .

I keep telling folks that death row gangs banging in your face beat you down public display stuff has no staying power. Suge lost control when he got lot of money ,drugs women lifestyle .bridges were being burnt around him without him knowing. The industry may not fight you one on one they have other ways to get you out of there.

Puffy played victim and at times low key throw shots and can get you whether third party affiliation,direct affiliate,corporate tactics black balling, different ways and social sentiment as the public saw the big bad wolf Suge picking on puff but folks don't realize puffy can be petty and can have temper and may and won't fight you but will use behind scene strategies.

Ask Wendy Williams how she got kick out of ny radio.

TDE, Ruff Ryder's are some of the best examples of folks being low key running their labels.puffy needed the dancing cause he did dance and does some producing and use his face as marketing and low key add his weight to get more credits in production and in influence but Suge went backwards unfortunately. I wonder if Daz got decent money from the lawsuit. Thank goodness Pac mom got to sue long before the bankruptcy to get things straightened out.
