The messed up part about these situations is that the husband could still be legally obligated to take care of those kids, even if he isn't the biological father.
So, if he decided to divorce his wife, he could still be liable to pay child support, alimony, etc. despite being deceived.
The courts will look out for the best interest of those children before the interest of the deceived husband.
On top of that, which is more fukked up, when those kids find out that dude isn't their biological father, those children could decide to reach out to search for the biological father when they are older and attempt to bond with said person.
Just some cold blooded scenarios that could arise which is something I am glad I never will have to deal with!
Idk what dude has decided to do after finding out the truth. But, I am sure if he decided to bounce and get with someone else, he would have the next woman take a paternity test upon confirmation that she is pregnant or gave birth, which ever could be done sooner...
Just an overall raw deal..
