Damn I’m going to get hit lol I need to go out in a panic and buy up all the food at Publix
Isn't ATL far inland? The hurricane will most likely be by the time it gets to them. Just some rain and maybe a little flooding, nothing to run from IMOx100
ATL brehs and brehettes get on the roads now and get up out of there. Go somewhere out of the storms path.

Ok. I always assumed that hurricanes lose their intensity once they go over the mainland U.S and only the coastal cities get hit hard. I remember Ida hit NYC and it was just a lot of rain and flooding, no crazy strong winds or anything like that when it got here. Not necessarily
A storm as An TS/TD inland can have effects too not as simple as a little rain
They do lose the intensity but there’s still the risk of flooding power outagesOk. Since you're a New Orleans breh I'll take your word for it since yall are more familiar with these types of storms than a NY breh like myself. Only legit hurricane to hit NYC was Sandy back in 2012. I live in the Tampa area now I'll likely be experiencing Helene later this week
It’s going to be a fast moving storm so wind damage could be well inland, even up to Atlanta
